The housing market in San Diego is on the rise, but even so, it is difficult to find exactly what you are looking for!  Homes are either poorly designed or don't fit the needs of the buyer.  Here at McCullough Design Development, we are working to satisfy the shortage of well-designed single-story homes in San Diego.  MDD is known for designing and building larger, luxury, custom-estate homes, but we have also expanded our inventory to include smaller high-quality homes.  No matter the size of the home, we maintain efficiency in design, where every room is used and each square foot is planned.  Dedication to designing logical floor plans and building quality homes has had outstanding results, as our homes hold their market value.

A perfect example of these smaller homes is our Aubrey Station project in Poway.  Since the grand opening a few months ago more than 1000 people have been welcomed through the doors.  We’ve had a great response to the quality of these brand new homes.  The market has been impressed that everything in the home is standard-there are no hidden upgrades.  Our standard amenities include natural stone-slab countertops, furniture grade cabinetry, and entertainment-sized kitchens stocked with Subzero refrigerators, Wolf cooktops, ovens and microwaves and much more.  These high-quality homes have 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot tall doors throughout.  The last two 3,000 sqft single level homes are available for presale and will be ready for move-in August 1, 2013!
