Don't worry, summer vacation and the olympics haven't stopped us from continuing to build at Aubrey Station! We have the exterior sheer and roof nail inspection scheduled and the rough HVAC is being installed!  Gas, water & rough electrical are all being installed as well!  Look for the completed Aubrey Station Model Home in Poway to be finished January of 2013!  Single Story 3,000 sq.ft. 4 BR homes with 3 BA and a bonus Sports/Entertainment room!

Late last week the sheer panels went up on Lot 1 of Aubrey station.  The trusses were then delivered and loaded!  It is incredible to see how fast this house is going up!  Woo hoo! There is no holding us back!  The Aubrey Station, lot 1 home was snapped and plated in preparation for the framers that framed the walls.  Once the walls are up they plumb line the walls to ensure they are aligned, straight and even.  Next up comes the shear panel and then trusses!  Stay tuned! After the city signed off on the underground plumbing, the lot was back filled and steel was intalled in preparation for the upcoming foundation inspection.

As was mentioned in a previous post, we are beginning a project of six smaller, pre-designed MDD-built homes in Poway. We are designing and building six 3,000 sq ft homes that will be ready for the taking early next year!!! The first one has been chalked and we will start to dig trenches this week!!! Stay Tuned!
