Single Level Homes

(Excerpt from the Union Tribune on September 1st.) McCullough Design Development Focuses on the Single Story Home   Single level homes have been McCullough Design Development’s forte for many years now. In today’s market, rates are better than they have ever been, however home inventories are in short supply and the availability of single story homes is at a record low.   Larger lots are rare, with builders building on small lots with high land prices, forcing them to increase the square footage by building two-story homes.   Recognizing the buyer’s needs, MDD is scouring San Diego for larger lots allowing them to build beautiful single level homes with plenty of room for the living, yard, and garage space that the market desires. Located at the Gables Crossing development in Del Sur, MDD’s model home showcases the highly sought after single story estate home.   Architecturally ideal for everyday living, they focus their designs on where people spend most of their time.
