Encinitas Updates!

We have had many people inquiring about our Seascape project in Encinitas!  Here is a little update:     Four of our seven ocean view lots will begin construction in the next few weeks!  These homes will range from 4,248 - 5,170 sq.ft. on 0.33-0.51 Acre lots.  Each will have 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and vary in floorplan, but have a great room and an additional room (formal room, office, or game room, etc.).  These homes are available for purchase at any time.  The sooner you purchase it, the more likely you will be able to customize your amenities - paint colors, granite and tile selection, etc.  Homes are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.     Three of the lots are custom design-build lots and 1 of them is already sold!  That means we just have 2 custom lots left!      Lot 3 North sits on 1.61 acres and Lot 3 South sits on 1.48 acres. ...

Building Communities

 As a design-build company, we have had the opportunity to build a community every now and again!  From Saddlebrook and Southern Hills to Chimney Rock and Gables Crossing, we have built beautiful neighborhoods in the San Diego area with curb appeal!      We are proud of our developments and look forward to building some more!  Our next project is a small development of 7 homes in Encinitas called Seascape!  In the next month we will begin construction on 4 homes that can be purchased during construction so that personal touches can be added.  Homes are due to be completed by the end of this year.  Three of the lots are custom lots, with two already sold.  Our final custom lot is 1.61 acres and is priced at $975K with views of both the ocean and Encinitas Ranch Golf course and the surrounding preserve.  Don't miss out on the opportunity of buying or building a home in one of our communi...

Advantages to New Construction

We recently came upon a brochure of sorts from Wells Fargo regarding new construction.  From this Winter 2014, Volume 11, Issue 1 of Wells Fargo - Home Mortgage pamphlet, here are some helpful points when deciding on housing options: "On the house Build a house, create a home Is new construction right for you?   The prospect of being the first owner of a new home is exciting.  The allure of shiny new appliances, fresh paint, untouched carpets and bare walls that allow your tastes to shine through from day one can be very appealing.  Keep in mind that there are a number of decisions to be made and issues to consider when building or buying a new home.   Advantages to new construction Newly constructed homes typically: Conform to today's building codes and have more safety features and fewer health hazards than older homes.
