Live in the Heritage!

Busy Building

  We have been busy designing homes and getting permits the last few months, but we are now under construction on several of our homes.    Here are some pictures of some of our different homes in the last few weeks...   Seascape North.  We are finally beginning!  Home will be chalked and footings dug in no time! This home shows footings and trenches dug. Below you can see the steel and foundation footings in place with a layer of visqueen and decomposed granite down, almost ready for the concrete to be poured. Concrete slab getting saw cut. Snap and plating of the lumber and now walls standing! This is a two-story house with some sheathing starting.  You can see the home is getting some trusses in the picture below.
