For those of you who followed the building of Aubrey Station, come and take a look at it in person! It is an adorable neighborhood located near Old Poway Park in Poway!
So far we have 4 homes finished - each 3,000 sq.ft. with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a great room, bonus room and 2 car garage. Everything you see in the model is standard, there are no "upgrades"!

Lot 1 serves as our model and is situated on the corner of Norwalk Court and Norwalk Street. It is open weekends from 12-5pm or by appointment on the weekdays.
Lot 2 is already sold! It has the perfect floorplan layout for its unique lot shape.
Lot 6 is charming with exterior dormers and shutters and with warm interior colors of spice cabinets and Praline colored berber carpeting. (It makes me hungry for ice cream!)
Lot 7 is my favorite! I love the colors of the interior kitchen which has "Bordeaux" granite and cabinet finish.
Two more lots will start construction soon and should be finished by the fall!
