In 2006 Monty McCullough and his team started building a community of custom homes on a little street off of Camino Del Sur and Artesian Road in Black Mountain Ranch's Del Sur, in what soon came to be known as Gables Crossing.

In 2006 Monty McCullough and his team started building a community of custom homes on a little street off of Camino Del Sur and Artesian Road in Black Mountain Ranch's Del Sur, in what soon came to be known as Gables Crossing.
MDD continued to build steadily in Gables Crossing during the housing market boom and subsequent fall. Moving from one model home to the next, we built out the street and onto the next! We worked out of several model homes and loved each and every one!
It is a wonderful area that we are proud to have been a part of and we will miss the community of wonderful homeowners whose lives we have been lucky to be a part of!
