The Grand Opening of our Seascape development in Encinitas was a smashing hit!
January 10th, 2015 we opened the doors to our seven lot, panoramic ocean view development, offering three finished homes and 3 lots for custom design-build.
Things happened fast on opening weekend and have continued since! Here is the low down:
Our Opening Weekend Model - North Lot 1 is sold!
South Lot 2 is sold, but visit us through mid February to tour this home!
North Lot 2 is our Sales Office, but is available for sale.
We also have 2 custom lots left, South 1 and South 3. These lots are available to buy with the option of using our predesigned floorplan (to save time with the city and permits) or for a custom-design from scratch!
