As 2017 comes to a close we will take a quick look back to see the many highlighted projects that was accomplished this past year.
One of our first completed custom homes of 2017 is in the beautiful Alta Del Mar community.
This contemporary French style home features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, game room, courtyard and our signature great room including a kitchen, dining room and living area. The backyard is unique with a dual faced fireplace setting that is set between the grand veranda and private master bedroom patio.
Over the summer a custom home in Meadows Del Mar was completed with a modern chateaux style ambiance featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, game room and a great room.
We also built two story homes this year, including a Tuscany styled home in Alta Del Mar with 5 bedroom, 7.5 bathrooms, 1 office, a great room and a grand covered veranda.
High quality for all our amenities and designs is what we strive for, even in our smaller homes such as these custom homes in Rancho Bernardo and Point Loma that are both two story and roughly 3,000 sf.
