Two months ago we opened the doors of our latest design of polished architecture in the esteemed Rancho Valencia Resort community to the public. The sophisticated glass front door cascades natural light, making the whole house fell clean and calm. Concrete floors continue from the entry way into the great room and beyond providing an enchanting space to entertain family and friends. Cool-tones reoccur throughout the home with the Modernist black stainless-steel appliances and blue ocean quartzite 8 person wrap-around island.  Emanating an aesthetic of recreation, entertainment, and relaxation alike, the kitchen, dining and living rooms, are synergistically connected by walls of glass leading to the spacious covered veranda. Outdoor living and dining zones allow for a shady and cool retreat in summer, while the low-profile fireplace becomes the focus during cozy winter nights.
