Although I haven't posted about the goings on at Aubrey Station for two weeks, we have not stopped building!  Inside the home we have insulated and hung drywall.  Walls are actually being primed for paint this week!   On the exterior of Lot 1 we have started to put up the clapboard/hardiboard siding!  This house is going to be adorable!  The first house at Aubrey Station has been moisture wrapped and windows have been put in!  The roof has also been felted and loaded.  Rough electrical, HVAC, and the tubs are in.  We have even waterproofed the shower already!
