We all realize that landscaping a yard can be expensive.  Our new custom built homes at Gables Crossing in Del Sur are priced to include high quality full landscaping. 

Most landscape packages include watering systems and luscious vegetation to enrich the look and feel of the home, outdoor living space and yard. 

 

The lawn used is marathon sod, the most popular and high quality sod in Southern California.  Well suited to Southern California soils and climates, Marathon offers a desirable green look year-round thanks to a remarkably extensive root system—up to five times deeper than bluegrass.  Marathon sod also uses less water and tolerates high heat.

Medium grade, dark brown, bark chips are used as mulch around 1 and 5 gallon shrubs.  Approximately 10-12 box trees (24" to 36") are also planted as the client desires.

Underground yard drainage systems are also installed as well as irrigation systems.  An overhead spray system is used at the lawn and a drip irrigation system at all trees, slopes and shrubs.
