How does it work? Come on in to our model home and take a look! We have lots available in several communities in the San Diego area or we can build a home on your own lot.
You buy the lot and we design and build a custom home for you. We design to fit your pocket book and the way you live. Floor plans are tweaked and room sizes/configuration adjusted so the home fits your needs. (Add in a guest house or an extra bathroom, etc. and we will figure it into the cost so you know your budget). The design/architecture/permitting phase takes approximately 3-5 months and the construction phase takes approximately 6-8 months. So in about 12 months you could be enjoying your new home, suited just for you!
If you like our premier community of Gables Crossing in Del Sur, you could enjoy some of the Summer Community Events in the area by next year!

Poway 4th of July Celebration - Old Fashioned 4th of July activities from 10 AM until 4 PM at Old Poway Park. Fireworks show will be a 9 PM at Poway High School. $2 admission for ages 11 and up, kids 10 and under free with adult.
Del Norte High School - July 4th Fireworks display begins at dusk, gates open at 7pm. Food is available for puchase. Parking costs $5/car with proceeds going to Del Norte Athletes.
Summer Swim Lessons 2011 at Del Sur: Located at the Kristen Glen and Haaland Glen Pools. YardSwim instructors are highly qualified, CPR certified and trained to teach swimming and water safety in a fun, relaxing atmosphere to Del Sur residents.
