Home Theater Room

Since most of the homes MDD builds are custom, we get to build amazing things that our clients want!  One of my favorite unique home amenities is the theater room, or as I like to spell it "theatre room". 

No matter how you spell it, this room is absolutely amazing!

Some of the features include:

• Acoustically lined flex ducts for a quiet air cooling/heating supply. 
• Sound proof walls with double layer of drywall insulation. 
• An A/V system featuring a 7.1 surround sound system with three front channel speakers and two sub-woofers installed in the front wall proscenium and four surround channel speakers mounted in the surrounding walls.  Includes an A/V receiver with power amplifier to decode the audio and power the speaker system and a DVDO to process video and output.
• A wireless control system with lightning fast responsiveness, excellent Wi-Fi performance and custom-programmable buttons allowing simple control of all theater functions on a 7-inch wireless touch-screen panel. 
• 110" large flexible front projection screen with ultra-fine optical coating to improve uniformity for consistent brightness and improved contrast ratios.
• Ceiling mounted all-glass optic projector with customized color filters for razor sharp and evenly focused images from edge to edge for fully saturated, breathtaking realism.
• Tiered rows of leather recliners with built-in cup holders.
• Dramatic theater lighting complete with dimming canned lights, step lights and low light wall sconces.
• All of this in a room with beautiful wood detail throughout.   

I am pretty sure with just a few supplies I could live in here for a few days straight.
