Did you know there is a Del Sur Community Services Council that is separate from the HOA? It is a board of 5 directors that use the enhancement fees collected on the sale of all homes in Del Sur to fund and organize all community events including Movie Nights, Concerts, Holiday Events, etc. Here is what they have cooked up for Memorial Day Weekend!!!
