Each New Year brings with it anticipation and excitement. 2013 anticipates continuing low interest rates and a rise in home sales.  McCullough Design Development, known for both designing and building estate homes in San Diego, invites you to mark your calendars and join them in January to welcome an exciting new year full of numerous projects underway!

Move-In Ready

January 12, 2013 will mark the grand opening of two new developments in Poway.  The first is Aubrey Station, MDD’s new development of 3,000 square-foot single-level homes in Poway.  These “mini” versions of MDD’s renowned estate homes will be ready for move-in and feature the classic great room including entertainment sized kitchen, dining area and family room with a sports/media room adjacent.  Homes have 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, a two-car garage, and a fully fenced yard.  The second is their Poway East properties.  MDD is designing and building smaller, 2,500 square foot homes on 3 lots complete with great room, 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths and will be completed by Summer of 2013.  These homes will be available for sale or lease.

By Spring of 2013 McCullough Design development will have a single level, 5,000 sq. ft. estate home completed in the beautiful Heritage Estates in Poway.  This home features an extensive veranda room and views of the ever verdant Maderas Golf Course. 

In their premier community of Gables Crossing at Del Sur, four new speculative homes are under construction with innovative and dynamic floorplans, designed to capture breathtaking views down the canyon.  These 4,000-5,000 sq. ft. homes will be for sale mid year.  

Custom Design-Build and Lot-Sale

In recent years the core of MDD has been the lot-sale and integrated design-build concept.  Building a home with McCullough Design Development couldn’t be easier; they guide the client through the process from budgets to picking out amenities and each custom designed floorplan is tailor suited for the specific lot and client.   “We consider our relationship with our clients a ‘partnership’.  We work closely and diligently to help them bring their visions of a custom home to reality.” Bryonny Van Camp, CFO of MDD states. 
Gables Crossing at Del Sur continues to be the mainstay for this lot-sale/custom design-build program.  Several 1 acre lots are for sale along the canyon edge in this picturesque neighborhood of grand homes, located within the Poway Unified School District and the growing community of Del Sur.
MDD is also excited to offer the option to design and build homes at The Ridge Estates located in Del Mar Mesa.  The Ridge Estates currently offers 6 lots ranging from ½-3 acres for sale with canyon views and located near the 5 and 56 freeways. 

This unique design-build program is also offered to buyers looking to build MDD homes on their own lots in San Diego.
